UCR is Sweden´s leading clinical academic research organization commisioned by both academia and industry and handle all aspects of clinical research under one roof. UCR combines akademic, clinical and technical expertice in a complete research structure.
Since our start as a research center within Uppsala University and Uppsala University Hospital in 2001, UCR has established a complete service package to plan, conduct, analyze, report and publish, local investigator-initiated studies to international multicenter trials.

UCR (Uppsala Clinical Research Center) is an extensive resource for clinical research regionally, throughout Sweden, and internationally. We are proud that our work has contributed to improving the health of people throughout the world, and we strive continuously to increase medical knowledge and improve health through research and quality monitoring.

Since the beginning in 2001, research initiatives and studies conducted in collaboration with UCR have resulted in publications in highly respected medical journals including The New England Journal of Medicine, The Journal of the American Medical Association and The Lancet.
