Uppsala Clinical Research Center (UCR), Sweden’s leading Academic Research Organization, and CPC Clinical Research, a distinguished U.S.-based Academic Research Organization affiliated with the University of Colorado, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic collaboration focused on advancing clinical research and life sciences globally.

This partnership aims to strengthen the ability of both organizations to support and implement high-quality, investigator-initiated research by combining their unique expertise in clinical trial management, registry-based research, data analysis, and scientific advisory services. The collaboration will emphasize innovation, sustainability, and global impact.

  • Clinical trial design methodologies, innovating decentralized and registry-based research approaches to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
  • Endpoint adjudication expertise, ensuring accurate and reliable assessment of clinical trial outcomes.
  • Data and safety monitoring boards expertise, providing rigorous oversight to maintain the highest standards of participant safety and data integrity
  • Sustainability of investigator-initiated research programs, Supporting and fostering investigator-led research to drive continuous innovation and discovery.

Uppsala Clinical Research (UCR) center is the leading clinical Academic Research Organization (ARO) in Sweden, providing in-house expertise to academia and industry on all aspects of clinical research and improved health care. UCR’s services include management of clinical and observational studies, biostatistics, clinical quality registries, and clinical event adjudication.
