UCR (Uppsala Clinical Research Center) is an extensive resource for clinical research regionally, throughout Sweden, and internationally. We are proud that our work has contributed to improving the health of people throughout the world, and we strive continuously to increase medical knowledge and improve health through research and quality monitoring.
UCR has the competence and technology necessary to transform innovative ideas into translational research projects, clinical studies and registry-based improvement projects. Our activities also include research in health economics.
Since the beginning in 2001, research initiatives and studies conducted in collaboration with UCR have resulted in publications in highly respected medical journals including The New England Journal of Medicine, The Journal of the American Medical Association and The Lancet.
