Accessibility report for ucr.uu.se/rikssvikt-en
The Swedish Heart Failure Registry website is provided by UCR (Uppsala Clinical Research center).
We want as many people as possible to be able to use the website. This document describes how ucr.uu.se meets the requirements of the Act on the Accessibility of Digital Public Services, any known accessibility problems and how you can report deficiencies to us so that we can resolve them.

Report deficiencies in the website’s accessibility
We want as many people as possible to be able to use the website and we constantly strive to improve the website’s accessibility. If you come across problems that are not described on this page, or if you believe we are not complying with the requirements of the law, please let us know so that we are aware of the problem’s existence.
Contents on website that are not fully accessible are described below
- There may be link texts that are not clear enough.
- There may be HTML code that does not fully validate, this applies to forms and tables and to the WAI-ARIA standard that is not fully implemented everywhere.
- Keyboard navigation works perfectly only in modern browsers.
- Keyboard navigation when the website is in mobile mode works less well.
- Many documents are not available.
Contents on website that are not accessible
- According to section 9 of the Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Services, documents published before 2018-09-23 are excluded. This content is available only in exceptional cases.
- UCR invokes exceptions for unreasonably burdensome adaptation in accordance with section 12 of the Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Services for Certain Content, which was published between 2018-09-23 and 2020-09-23. Examples of this are reports, circulars and consultation responses. These documents will not be adapted other than upon request.
How we tested the site
We regularly review availability both with automated tools and through manual review.
This is done by ourselves.
The last major revision of the website took place in 2015, when technology, design and structure were completely redone. Parts of the website have since then undergone minor changes.
The Agency for Digital Government is responsible for supervision of the Act on the Accessibility of Digital Public Services. If you are not satisfied with our response to your comments, you can contact the Agency for Digital Government and complain.
